Re: unfair sched attendance
Excellent advice drb, SA allocation in our office (I don't do them personally) was corrupt so one of the possible 6 out of 110 who are not afraid to address injustice forced a re pick, within the rules i.e every 12 months and it is much fairer now but not perfect.drb wrote:Those SA duties should go up annually too. Perhaps rota them as well,(week A and Week B) when it goes up. That way everyone gets a chance. Construct a letter to your rep. If you need help on how to rota them PM me and I will give you the templates.
The main problem I see with your advice is that some individual has now got to rock the boat to stop this injustice and evident unfairness, chances are the status quo will remain as people just don't like to make the fuss, just moan and try to goad someone else to doing the dirty work......

Re: unfair sched attendance
The most unfair thing about scheduled attendance is that in these days of mass unemployment and enforced part-time working...it exists at all.
It's time we moved on and put jobs first and lining the pockets of a minority...nowhere.

Re: unfair sched attendance
Help me out on this one guys, my duty which is nights Monday to Friday entails loading, driving, unloading etc over a 11 hour span ie 1830 - 0530, making a total of 39 hrs basic + 16 hrs SA, should this be allowed or not?
