"Week in hand" just means that your payslip is one week behind - ie you will receive last week's pay this Friday. So are you still one week short or can you say for certain that it is your pay for the first week you worked that has still not been paid?

finished up on the 21st dec, working 11 days in all. Was given a barcode £350 but haven't been paid the rest owed. Rang them last week and said it will defo be in my bank by the 9th jan! What a complete and utter shambles this company is.

This p*ss poor excuse for an agency have not only taken 40% of the wage we could've earned if it didn't go through these muppets, but are laughing in our faces while sticking two fingers up!

Hopefully this 40% has evaporated with all the extra costs incurred by them to clean up this mess of sheer incompetence. How the top man of this agency is still in a job, Ill never know!!

These christmas casual staff are made up of a broad selection of society because of the economic situation, from highly paid redundant professionals that just want to work, instead of sitting on their ass, to your average man on the street, to student graduates, so the impact of this goes far and wide, causing more of a negative impact on the impression of Royal Mail than they care to imagine. Amateurs!!!!
