Nothing in bank again 3rd week running ET1 done last week. Angard to reply by 31st Jan tribunal date set for March. No reply from mail centre worked at left 2 messages, no reply from angard when called/e -mailed last Friday at 9.20am. Bank charges plus calls to 0845 number will be added to tribunal case!!!

I'll never remember, so I think I'll set a reminder to hassle Angard for the associated-payslips afterwards... I hope Google calendar goes all the way to the year 2397..

Seems like 11th january is judgement day, they seem to be confident about the date and i have it in writing that all payment issues should be resolved by 11th. Wait and see now before eti submission.

I have not had Jack s**t from Angard....!!!!! got paid for first 3 day .... on the 16th ( wrong rates i may add)... but nothing since then .... have spoken with "Payroll Queries" who have done nothing but pass my details over to "Payroll".... I spoke with the team mgr Zac Bhatia on 0845 4607487.... who again passed on my details ...says they are going to honour Royal Mail Rates....but may not get anything till the 11th!!!!! does anyone know how to get hold of payrol direct ...not just queries??? This is Total Bullshit!!!!!

payroll direct is non-existant, got through to them on the first week without pay, and since then the phone keeps ringing and ringing. think they've all gone on holiday with our money !!!!

Nope no pay today, if they are claiming back the £350 all together then they will owe me over £500 quid, they have until the 11th as i got told in an email that i managed to get a reply by sending an email to Holiday Pay and guising the request with my main question over outstanding pay.

Only just joined the forum, worked in poole mail centre, have been paid £10.53 today! Actually got through on the 0845 number and spoke with a guy called milan who told me he didn't work for angard but was an employee of an overflow company for angard. Didn't have any of my details, only offered to e-mail the payroll dept which I have already done. I asked him for the name of a director of angard so that my solicitor could send a letter to the correct person and was put on hold for 10 minutes before he got back to me, surprise surprise he couldn't/wouldn't give me a name. Direct debits won't go out now so will be charged by the bank, thoroughly peed off

i was told my holiday pay would be payed to me today along with last weeks money,but..............guess what .......nuttin,,zero,,zip!!!
