ET1 angard address?

i had an email confirming receipt of the et1 which they said will take up to 10 days to confirm wether its a viable case i have had some wage slips but not all of them and the last one was a joke.i mainly also dont think they are going to cough up holiday accured or get it right so that was another box to tick on et1 also compensation ive only asked for a small £100 on top of what im owed due to avoidable stress over xmas.at least that sounds a reasonable amount i will see what happens

The ET1 claim online is the way to go IMHO, the 10 working days joker is for an actual ET judge looking at your claim on his/her own to decide if you have a case. This is the faster way to get what is owed to you including holiday pay and to get a response from Royal Mail. It will also cost RM via their solictor to file/defend the response ET3

Under compensation you could also mention bank charges if you have incurred them. You will need writtern proof from your bank.

One other thing you just need a to make an actual list of your actual hours worked,

I lodged my ET1 by email on the evening of the 19th December, and had a written letter reply detailing the hearing would take place on 10th February on the 23rd, along with contact from ACAS on the 24th. IIRC the small claims court can take up to 2 months, and in my personal experience with Small Claims court action the venue can move from your local court to one nearer to Angard/RM, (at their insistence) along with the delays that this entails.

This is rubbish, an employer has 28 days to respond to an ET1, they have an ET3 form to respond with.

With xmas and the new year there is no way you have a date for the ET hearing

Just where you are wrong, I have already received the hearing date, and contact from ACAS. You appear to be woefully misinformed about the process of the Employment Tribunal system, and as for your comments in other threads, you also appear to be something of a Troll.

There are a number of respondents on these threads who have submitted their claims and have already received dates. Mine is in February, others are as far ahead as April. I guess it all depends on the location of the court. I suggest you take your Barrack Room Lawbook and go and troll on other sites.

The process for Angard is described on this website, they have 28 days to respond, well within the timescale of my hearing.

I specifically avioded putting amounts owed on my ET1 stating merely that I was owed wages for a particular week, x hours on days a, b, and c plus holiday pay, SSC during notice, and repayment of tax stopped incorrectly. i am not a payroll person and wasn't going to chance making an incorrect claim.

I received my response from the ET service on the next working day after submitting it electronically and with a hearing date in April. Funnily enough I also got a phone call from Angard the day after I emailed them to say that the ET1 had been submitted whereas they did nothing for the 3 weeks after I warned them that I would submit an ET1 if they hadn't payed me by a particular date.

I used the Northampton address as that was the one on the original contract that we saw at the "interview" process. I also did not quote Royal Mail as the employer as the angerd "contract" says that you are working for angard and sent to the RM in the same way as any other agency employs you and supplies you to a client of theirs.

You only need to put the basic claim on the ET1, you can do the detail stuff later. I think that the ET1 will get forwarded to RM in London who will then pass it to their legal people.

So having filled in and completed the ET1, dispatched it to my local Employment Tribunal office, received confirmation of receipt by email, and now received "Notice of a Claim" complete with case number date and time of hearing, you are claiming I have not used the ET1 process?
You are talking out of your backside.

I suggest you look at their website complete with the instructions (which I have followed) and revise your poor knowledge of the process before coming on this site and accusing people of being liars.

The PM's that asked you certain questions that you clearly could not answer, you were then abusive , so your complete process was done from the 19th Dec in 5 days .............I don't think so

ok so this morning i have a lovely letter trough the door from the employment tribunal place in bury st edmunds near me.angard have til 1st feb to respond to my claim if not get default judgement but the date for the hearing is 27th febuary

No harm in keeping this Tribunal active is there? until my Holiday pay is sorted?
Once they sort out my Holiday pay, I assume I can just ring up the Employment Tribunal people and ask them to close the claim as I've received all outstanding amounts owed?

Yes the ET1 can be withdrawn at any point though obviously you should explain why to the ET people. I got my email from a named admin support person so I have a contact IF angard ever pay me.

To anyone taking out a ET1 I suggest that you keep an accurate record of your own costs (including your own time) just in case you are awarding some or all of them back.

Yes,
keep the claim active until you have recieved all your money, do not put it on hold even if RM contact you and ask you.

Has anyone sent a demand for payment with a deadline to the ET1 address before lodging a tribunal claim? That would be the way to proceed before a small claims court claim.

This timescale is encouraging. We'll see if after thousands of Angard staff joining the list it remains so. Another poster has quoted a hearing date in April.

It will be a 6 months at least, maybe somebody who has actually put a ET claim in can confirm the time its taking.

Just to enlighten everyone, I submitted my ET1 on 4/1/2012 and received my reply on 7/1/2012 and a date for the hearing on Feb 29th. I already have another case against my previous employer for unfair dismissal which is taking months so it was refreshing to see that these things can happen quickly. Even if Angard pay me now, I shall insist that they present themselves at the hearing to answer for their treatment of me. I repeat, paying us now does not 'cancel' the hearing, they are still subject to charges of witholding pay, failure to provide pay information and breach of contract and should answer for it.

Can anyone shed some info on what Acas can do for me?

Submitted my ET1 a while ago and they have sent me a letter saying Acas can help me and they will be in touch shortly (but I never received contact).
I'm contemplating ringing them but really cannot be bothered to explain Angards incomptetance over the phone in 1 sitting, especially if I will have to go to the hearing anyway.

Can they contact Angard and sort the problems out?
Will I still have to go to the tribunal hearing even with their help?

I think my case is pretty straight forward. I know what I'm owed and I've logged all dates of expected/received payment and also all dates of conversations with Angard via email/phone.

I'm owed :-
- Underpaid, they owe me 4 hours @ 6.08
- At least 19.6 hours @ 6.08 (holiday pay)
- Bank charges totalling £20.52 (Went into overdraft because of late payments)
- P45 and correct tax code
- Last payslip amounting to £0.01, which is correct as I did get a £350 voucher, but the actual £0.01 did not go into my account. Yes I do want this, out of principle!

Is the above reasonable? Anything more I should ask for?
I wasn't actually going to go to the tribunal when I first lodged it, it was more to put pressure on them to eventually pay me. Which they did shortly after, because of the ET1 or not, I do not know.
When it's all added up, I should expect at least £100 so by no means is it a 'small' amount but if Angard are doing it to hundreds/thousands of people, it's a lot!

The tribunal letter says they have allocated me 1 hour to hear the evidence etc. Can't hurt to go right?

im going to mine mate i expect they have weeks booked up with angard at the tribunals i put on my et1 it says do you know if there are more claims against the company or something like that so ticked that box.im after compensation not huge amounts but just to take them through the ringer for stress and being soooo half arsed its unbelievable and witholding wages which is illegal and improper payslips which seems to make no snse with these massive net deductions
