RM will not tell the people who were suspended of the allegations or the person who alledged them!

They do not have to say the allegations, just say B&H. They do not say the person for obvious reasons.

I do feel for the lads and hope it gets sorted quick, it is a lousy trick to put people though that and just shows the callous management. Just wait till it is their turn to get thinned out by RM I hope they suffer big time :cfo :lfo

HI ME OLD MATES!!!! This is again a stupid attempt by R.M. To make Burslem a test case. How sad! Because R.M. managers have no loyalty, backbone, and pride. They have no idea that this makes the office stronger! My 12 mates will have the last laugh!!! I just hope I can afford the t shirts. We have proved at Burslem that managers have harassed workers. We have documentation R.M. and you know it. What happend to these managers NOTHING equality! bullshit! STAND proud postal workers of Burslem you are the envy of all the other offices in the country. Take care now me old mates Dave Hulme.

PS To all the site members who dont know me. I was harassed and bullyed by a manager. Royal mail did nothing! So one warm!!!! mid Dec night I went onto the delivery office roof. I refused to come down untill the area manager sighned a letter to say that I would have a full investigation. As usual R.M. went over the top. I didnt know the police owned that many cars. On the roof I looked down at the pathetic s**t of an area manager. He told the police negotiator that R.M. did not do buisness like this. I smiled when the s**t was told get him down NOW or else. RESULT!!! STAND UP All 4 one ONE 4 ALL!!!!!!

I was subject to harrassment today from a manager. Because they kept what full time posties thay have left on the sorting till 8 it was after 11 till I was ready to go out. I informed hands in pockets I couldnt complete and the TV room king told me to complete and book. I said I didnt want to as I had plans and I got the old "this is your job and your not dedicated to the business or the customers" crap thrown at me. I was also told id let him down. What a load of crap!

The office was flooded was managers and forgein agency casuals to clear up but as usual they were taking what they want, leaving the packets etc. Isnt that willfull delay? Others were fighting over chairs in the office wanting to look important. Reminds me of Christmas..........!

At some point they will have to name the person and make clear what the allegations are, otherwise how on earth can you defend yourself when you dont know what the alegations are and whos making them, if they dont tell you they can make up anything they want, i am sure that under the freedom of information act you are allowed to see anything that is on computer or written about you, i cant remember what the actual law is called now but about 10 years ago i used it in a case for my girlfriend against the NHS...UNITY IS STRENGTH.

You're having a laugh, this is RM we are talking about here nothing is ever fair or unbiased with them.

Thanks TBT, this is like a witch hunt, its the sort of thing you expect to happen in countrys where there are dictatorships, your not allowed to have an opinion, they dont know anything at the moment, they dont know who has brought the allegations or what the allegations are, i really hope its not been brought by one of our own staff, im beginning to wonder if its someone whos attended union meetings because all the staff that have been suspended are people that have voiced opinions at them meetings, in all my years in RM ive never seen it like this, it seems like youve got no rights, and RM are just playing the delaying game to drag out the cases, and surprise, surprise we all had a letter this morning advising us about later start times and how they want to introduce them on Oct 8th, Dave Ward ought to withdraw from negotiations, this is going on all over the country, how can he negotiate when RM are blatantly doing what they want...UNITY IS STRENGTH.

Somebody was taken in the office today and was told he would be disiplined under the conduct code for clapping.
Please tell me where are the Royal Mail rules that says clapping is prohibited?
