Just rang them up what a bunch of idiots lost my details then had to go through all the info again after repeating it 4 times to them and the hours and they cant get that right and still no call or email or apology i am telling everyone i know never to work from them because they are useless.

I agree bloody useless ! Stay on there cases I am just sent an email to Moya Greene and john duncan senior royal mail I copies into payroll told them am doing ET1 as well !
