Angard still not paying?

Dear all,

Despite email communication with Moya Greene CEO Royal Mail, Jane Ogden Chairman of JustSayit and Emily Paramore the Team lead in Angard payroll, also after many promises to pay Nothing has been done.

Utterly contemptible company with little or no organisation or process. If the asking for wages in writing has not worked I strongly suggest you call ACAS and look at industrial tribunal, the legal course of action has been taken and both ACAS and Angard are aware. I think they are now struggling in the angard legal department to take all the notice's for tribunal :)....what a mess.

I really hope they get a heavy fine out of this!!

with their track record id be surprised if they respond to my tribunal et1 by 1st feb so hopefully get default judgement

Well I called them again they took my details for the 3rd time!

I have phoned and had words for ages, poor lad at the other end, don't expect money tom, more likely to be mon or tues famous wed 11th promise again. Told no holiday pay till p45 sent and only if apply through the holiday form on there web site. Asked why some one i work with just has 1p pending on his account for tom to be told thats a mistake, and was to do with tax and gift payment vouchers, laughed as person didn't get gift or voucher! Poor lad got my tongue a little more, then said sorry didn't know what to say. I ended call with are you sure they'll pay you?
