The most senior RMG director at Angard appears to be John Duncan - so presumably he is the most senior director of Angard. Cannot find the actual remit of the Directors of Angard. Try john.duncan@royalmail.com you will probably get a standard reply to begin with or you may get a reply from someone else. You will need to persevere. I sent my first e-mail to John well before Christmas, 8 days later he had not replied so I sent my second to John and CCd Moya Greene. I got a reply to that in about an hour but with a standard reply about the situation with Christmas casual pay - even though my e-mail had not mentioned Christmas casual paylive wrote:No phone calls no emails no wages!
