I got through this morning straight away.

I called them on friday when i was meant to get paid and they took my name, number etc and said they would call back. They didn't.
So i called them today when i looked and there was still no payment into my account and i just got told the same rubbish.

I've not been as unlucky as some people though, i have been paid twice so far but i'm still owed for the week before christmas, i've also been kept on so i'm still working there but i'm starting to think there isn't really much point in doing that. But i guess i'll see this friday when i should get paid again, but i very much doubt they will pay me all 2 weeks that i'll be owed by then.

I know it's the not the person on the other end of the phones fault but when they are your only point of contact it's hard not to take out frustration on them.

Just phoned them on 08454607487, got through first time.

Went through all my details and issues yet again with a nice woman. She said they are handing this information on to the "investigation team". I explained that I already been through all this more than once and that nobody has got back to me.

She said that they are going through every case individually and plan to have contacted everyone by 11th January. Note that's just contacted, not necessarily paid.

I explained that I am still working and asked what is happening with this weeks pay. She said that as far as she knows we should get paid on Friday but she is "not comfortable saying this as we said that last week and you didn't get paid".

Brilliant.

I've just looked at my account and they have paid 100 pounds into my account. I'm assuming this is some sort of "Emergency payment" while they work out the rest?!

But to be honest i don't see why they can put that in my account but can't add up my hours and pay me what i'm owed.

That's exactly the same as me. They managed to pay one week, then nothing the next. My hours have been sent to them, so I really don't see the problem. I also don't understand how after 5 weeks, they still haven't sent a single payslip. How hard can it be?

Also just noticed when looking at my account, the £100 they paid in just now is listed as F/FLOW ANGARD whereas the other times they paid me correctly it was listed as ANGARD STAFFING SO. Anyone know what this F/FLOW ANGARD thing is all about? I know its not for the right amount so i assume it has something to do with that..

You have to wait longer than that. I first phoned them weeks ago, nobody has ever phoned back. They are aiming to contact everyone by 11th January.

I got the £100 on Saturday, but it wasn't F/FLOW. I think it's a way of giving you something while they attempt to work things out properly.

Am not waitin till the 11th I had to sign on today they need to get there selfs in check I want payin by friday so will be on there cases till I get my doe!
