Well got through to the payroll queries and they took my details and told me I would be called back today so let's see people! Anyone else got through?

I got through, was told, is a helpline only, would get back to me, this number was sent to me on my phone via text for pay enquiries? apparently I wasnt supposed to pay any tax at all as i have been unemployed since april,, and guess what they hit me for emergency tax for all the time i worked there......probs have to wait till april now to get it back,,,,,,dont know why i bothered, got to go through the whole rigmarole of signing on again now,, grrrrrr...without a p45 yet i might add,, be april when i get that too i bet

If they know that you shouldn't be paying tax you should get it back straight away.

yeh I know,,its justannoying I have to wait till they send me a p45, that could be ages, and benfits will decide when i get rebate, if they pay it,, or will be april,,,grrr sposed to be xmas money not easter grrrrr
