hey guys, i got a payslip on saturday.........

Net Pay £00.01
Net Deductions £169 ?????

phoned angard striaght up and told them that this isnt right, the women on the phone said she was sorry and could see what had happend and was very sorry for the mistake must have been just an admin error ?? so i asked when will i get my money, she said she cant say, all you can do is wait for a call from us ( NEXT JOKE !!! ) and check ur acount on tuesday (they love to feed us bullshit).

so it's now tuesday today and ive just been out in the pissing rain to check my bank acount and supprise supprise no money from angard !! time to phone them again, ring ring... spoke to some guy this time who took all my details again :evil/mad this must be the 10th time ive gave them. I told him whats happen n that one of his members of staff said it was an admin error, he said give me all ur hours ?? (they should allready have these on file ?? ) so i just played along and gave him all my hours so he can send them to payroll ??? this is a joke WTF ?? :dcfo i asked to speak to the manager but oh guess what he's in a meeting right now lol yeah yeah whatever..... so what am i ment to do ?? just phone back or wait for a call again ? i told him that this is totaly illegal and that Angard are unprofessional and unorganized and should be shut down.

I wont ever be working for them again f***ing pisstakers.

I've just phoned (01604 629381) regarding this. Spoke to a guy called Mark, who told me that in my case, it's because I received a voucher for £350 weeks ago, which was more than I was owed, and this is a correction.
I received a couple of days ago a payment of 0.01 (1 penny), as I see a lot of others on the forum have.

Of course it means it's all still completely wrong.
A few weeks ago, I had a payment into my account of £2.73, and I had assumed (perhaps wrongly) THAT was their correction for the £350 amount. I cannot verify either way, as I don't have a payslip for that week, yet. (I have emailed and requested payslips for all the weeks in-between, so I can verify they've definitely got it all right.)

He said they're running payroll every day this week to try to resolve all the problems.
And after the wages have been sorted, we'll be paid for the holiday hours we've accrued (as clearly it would be impossible to take them as holiday, as we're no longer working there).
