Took all details of my complaints and the incorrect payments, which were :

paid for incorrect hours for my 2nd week - short paid.
Asked for explanation of the Net Deductions which don't make any sense whatsoever.
Holiday Pay - when will be received ?
Why payslips were fortnightly and not weekly.
Tax code
P45

Angard actually phoned me back so I didn't have to pay for the call.
I was told that there will be a resolution to all my queries by the 11th Jan and I will receive a call with an update.

We will see what happens.... watch this space...

Called today answered by 2 rings, they confirmed details - bank account etc they apologised and said two next bank pay days are 6 and 11 Jan. Should hit one of those if not in by Fri call back.

So usual info but from a real person who answered straight away more reassuring than a auto email response.

Wait and see.

Now Jan 6 nothing in bank, not been paid ever. Usual rubbish when phoned up today, payroll are processing latest 11 Jan etc Will complete ET form on Monday may be the only way to get them to pay. Can't believe a word they say. Don't waste your time just begin ET process.

ET1 is the way to go, its the only way to get RM/Angard to respond to get your wages.
