They don't have any money to pay us with. The money from RM has either been lost, paid to the wrong people, or paid out in bonuses to the directors for doing such a fantastic job.

If we were, you know, workers with a proper contract for some fancy sounding job with no real responsibility for failure but actual rights, we would probably end up taking them to court for a million each with a psychiatrist's testimonial that we were not fit to work again and the story would be reported in the national newspapers. But doing some of the most thankless work in the country and being nobodies who need the money we get screwed over in silence, 18,000 of us at a time.

ive gone for £100 on my et1 form due to the unecessary stress at xmas at least i have a chance with a realistic amount to try and claim on top of wages and holiday owed of course
