I have not had a reply from the payroll e-mail apart from the automated response that basically acknowledges receipt of my e-mail, that I am in the queue to be answered and they are working through them in order of therm being received. Only e-mail I sent there was on 28th December. Think they still answering e-mails from weeks ago.

Neither did i, i sent them a lovely email stating what i should have been paid, even showing them how much tax and ni should have been taken from the £350 that i managed to get. I also am in the 1p club. I only got paid 30hrs as well, when i worked 37.30 x 5 weeks! This company should be taken through the mangle and drained of every penny they have.

Just sent them another email, stating all the hours I have worked, and what I have been paid so far. Also sent all my details (again!). Informed them that they are in breach of contract for withholding pay and not supplying payslips. Also registered my disgust (politely) at their complete lack of communication.
They have no excuse now. I did get the automated response this time.

I think we have to accept that with 15,000 people affected, it is going to take time to receive individual responses. However, they could easily release information to us all by email, so at least we would know what's going on, and when we are likely to be paid.

I sent them an e-mail on the 19th (December), I got the automated response almost instantly but never received an actual reply.
