I see Santa's been again - another "special" payment of £100 from Angard in my bank account this morning - wasn't there at 1am. Looks like another "fob 'em off" payment. It has the same sort of coding as the "special" payment they made me to try to sort out my missing first week's salary.

Ah well, it's something. They're not off the hook though... This is just a brief ceasefire from me... hostilities will recommence on January 3rd!

This is a proper joke, friends i know that where with other agencies got paid on time and they get more hors to work as well. Angard don't tell me nothing, not even when my last day was going to be.

I phoned at 9am yesterday to tell them about the 1p I received and was told I would receive £100 today while they took time to rectify the mistake.

Nothing yet.

I have received the £100 they said I would.

Hi guys,

Can anyone offer me any help?

My partner is missing about 21 hours pay from Royal Mail and has now been on the phone to them every day for 2 weeks (running up a huge phone bill in the process!). They promised it would be in yesterday which it isn't (suprise suprise). We don't know what to do anymore. If we were in a position to just give up then I feel we would but we desperately need that money to keep us alive!

Does anyone have any advice to get this sorted once and for all?
