I GOT THROUGH AND GUESS WHAT....... IT WAS THEIR OVERFLOW CALL CENTRE

They have been taking so much pay related calls they now have an overflow call centre

The lady on the phone said to me, i should expect a call anytime soon

They do, that's one of our problems. When you do finally get through the person you speak to is a temp hired to help sort this mess out. So all the anger and frustration is being taken out on some poor temps who are entirely innocent in all this. It's not possible to speak to anyone in a position of authority because nobody is taking responsibility for this scandal.
