Well i just rang them swell twice and spoke to 2 different people to get 2 different answers. the first person i spoke too told me wages had been processed and the 0.01p amount in my account was a test amount to make sure the payment was successful and i would probably have to wait until next week to receive my money, even though i have already had 1 successful bank payment. The second person i spoke to took my details and gave me the famous someone from payroll will call you back (I'm sure thats angards quote of the day). When i told her i had been paid fine last week she said that people have had deductions due to overpayment which i certainly have not been seen as my payslip says i have had £ 240.28 deductions which is more than the wage i received lol.

So just a bit of what to expect when you call angard ladies and gents if you get told any different to this then post it up.

£105 for a 27 hour week (£3.88 ph and I'm 50) I thought slavery was dead!

Angard have royally messed up again. No payslip to check against so have no idea what the hours are based on (not those worked that's for certain)

When will Royal Mail realize that people expect to be paid correctly. We can all work out our hours worked and expect a payment for that work the week after. I have bloody bills to pay if I find I'm over £50 short again what am I supposed to do? (ETA1 YES YADDA YADDA)
