Re: Just been paid £0.01p
I've scored a whole 90p here! Ridiculous, once again. We were all called into a meeting tonight where the RM managers effectively told us that we're on our own now with regards to pay, and gave us a sheet with angards number on it. Was then asked to stay on next week!!! ot even going in tomo unless they sort out my wages before my shift starts at 10pm. Looks like the phone lines are going to be busy as hell again tomo.

I've not been paid this week. I was paid okay the last two weeks, then nothing today. I was half expecting this after that text message last night.

Re: Just been paid £0.01p
Please guys - e-mail Moya Greene and James Reed as I suggested earlier (I have just done so) and also contact your MPs. For good measure, drop a line to Becky Sharpe at the Express & Star - she wants to hear about the last debacle.
Like I said, if enough of us do it, they'll bloody well HAVE to take notice.
Unleash Hell!

At the risk of repeating myself submit an ET1 for all money owed and for all missing payslips, you can do it on line, google ET1, it takes about 10 minutes, use the official Northampton angard address and they have 4 weeks to sort it out or face a multitude of Employment tribunal hearings in Northampton irrespective of where you are. They will ignore emails and letters but can't ignore the full force of the law. There is no point in warning them that you will do this; just submit the form and tell them that you have done so, only then will they respond. Don't agree to withdraw the claim until you are paid in full and have received the paperwork and checked it. This is not legal advice but it is based on my own experience. It is illegal to withold wages, they are breaking the law and they know it, don't be fobbed off with excuses, put the form in and they have to act, end of.
@Angdrone, they haven't done a thing despite the newspaper articles and all the emails to Moya Greene, MPs, the press etc over the last month. Act for yourself - don't expect others to help you out cos they won't.

Re: Just been paid £0.01p
Well, I beg to differ because of the responses I received from them last time (plus a couple of other facts particular to my case), but I will go for for an ET1 as you suggest. It's another weapon in the armoury. So agtain, let's all do it - do ALL of it - and make them squirm!Leonard69 wrote:At the risk of repeating myself submit an ET1 for all money owed and for all missing payslips, you can do it on line, google ET1, it takes about 10 minutes, use the official Northampton angard address and they have 4 weeks to sort it out or face a multitude of Employment tribunal hearings in Northampton irrespective of where you are.
