No. I'm in my fourth week, no payslip despite being told over the phone that it had been sent.

Re: payslip
Yes I received a payslip today but it's wrong - no surprise there.
It has 2 weeks combined but the 1st week (9/12) is short by 6 hours.
It also has a net deduction of a payment I received the previous week. This needs explaining as I am sure from a tax point of view it is incorrect.
I am awaiting a call from Angard after logging the issues. Not hopeful it will get sorted.
This whole experience with Angard and Royal Mail has been appalling and demoralising. They need to get all the pay issues sorted asap but they don't give a toss. They should be hanging their heads in shame, which they wont.
Latest rant over !

Re: payslip
Hi,
I didn't want to make a duplicate thread so I decided to write it in here.
I just received a payslip but to me this is all written in code and I don't understand it, but it doesn't take a genious to know that most of this is wrong by a first glance.
My tax code only consists of three letters and numbers. Under payments it says I only worked 31.50 hours @ £6.08 in the first week, well I'm under 21 years old so I shouldn't even be getting the National Minimum Wage in the Angard Agency, and I worked Monday to Saturday 7 hours per day taking in account I had an half an hour break as well so 6 hours and 30 minutes. It should be 39 hours and 30 minutes or something like that anyway. The second week it said I did 39.00 hours even though on that week I did overtime on a Sunday on a whopping extra 50P bonus :|. Again it says I'm getting paid @ £6.08 per hour and that I only worked 39 hours. I looked at the payments after-wards though and thought how do they work this out? 09-12-2011 I only started on the 5th December and the next one 16-12-11, I never received the first payment and I certainly didn't receive the £237 that they say I should have got on the second payment. Unless you have to look at the deductions. If so I got income taxed at £85.60, National Insurance taxed at £34.76 and Net Deduction at £134.06. At the bottom it says Method BACS, Crediting Day 23-DEC-11, Amount £174.22. No idea what this is lol. It seems my payslip is way different to what I calculated last week.

Re: payslip
I think you get paid for breaks.
My first payslip arrived today and it looks something like this. Top right it says pay period end date is the 23rd, does that mean all hours up to this date are included? because a whole weeks is missing from mine (16th-22nd).
Payments - Amount
09-12-11 1.00 hrs @ £6.08 - £6.08
09-12-11 32.00 hrs @ 6.58 - £210.56
16-12-11 42.00 hours @ 6.58 - £276.36
16-12-11 6.00 hrs @ 8.58 - £51.48
Breaking it down, it seems to be missing some parts, but what's there seems to be correct.
My first week (5th-8th) seems right, Monday-Thursday 10pm-6am, 32 hours in total plus the 1 hour induction from 9pm-10pm.
2nd week (9th-15th) seems to be missing the 20.00 hrs overtime I did during the evening (week totalling 68 hours, only 48 hours shown). I did overtime between Monday-Thursday totalling 20 hours (5pm-10pm). I worked it out at 20.00 hrs @ 6.08, 42.00 hrs @ 6.58 and the 6.00 hrs from saturday night/sunday morning at 8.58.
The evening shift from 9th-15th is totally missing and the whole week from 16th-22nd is missing also, which was the same as 9th-15th, at 68 hours.
Time to ring in tomorrow!
Edit: Also forgot to mention that the account the payment was sent to, is not mine!

Mine came today and it's wrong. I'm waiting for the next one which is due tomorrow. I won't be ringing them. I'll be writing and will expect a proper answer with full and complete recompense.

Re: payslip
Good call, I have a payslip for my last 2 weeks work. It is a standard 2 week pay run with 37.5 hrs each week. The hours are wrong as I worked a fair bit of overtime on both weeks and I missed the last friday as there was no work. I also dont have a payslip for my first week. I shall write to Angard next week with my issues and wait for their reply, I will also need to see the Voucher Payment on there as they will of course need to deduct the correct amount of Tax an NI.

Re: payslip
I'd like to write also, but have no idea how to format/word the letter. If any of you wouldn't mind posting in here or private messaging me a draft of some sort, that would be much appreciated!
