whats next on the cards for the strike breakers!!

Tommo I've always read all your posts and enjoyed them.
I understand where you're coming from and why you say what you do.
You have obviously been treated really badly by managers, and you have my 100% support.
But I have to say that I have gone through difficult periods and have had support from
managers who have defended me from other managers who were out to do me, so I can't say
that all managers are bad.
But the ones at the top ... oh no I've used the quick reply and don't have the emoticons, and I
don't usually swear, but it's cyberspace so ....FECK THEM!

Exactly. And that is why the service is going downhill.
Leighton and Crozier think they can take on any idiot or agency worker and they will be able
to do the job without training.

I tell ya wot I have met a screw who wernt bad... An acting one.. And he did help me.. He treated me as i should be treated no more no less..

As a human being and not a whipping boy or lacky for him and his type... So i never called him a screw.. Just by his name..

I have been treated like shite by screws and i wont be going in to it as it is just moaning and i do enough of it ... Its the bastards at the top always but it trickles down and if you aint a help then your a hinderance in the cause... I see things simply!!! I hold no bones about it.. All i know is that :cfo & :lfo Have set out to destroy the working man/woman out of this job and the CWU with it....

So managers aint my friends they aint someone i talk to they are the enemy.. Oh ive got a old work mate who is a acting screw and i still take the piss out of him and he is ok.. But the day he works over me... Will change...

In the infamous channel 4 despatches documentary a graduated took hours to throw up the mail. Doing it correctly in frames scrawled in pencil in the time managers expect you to do it from no knowledge cant be done properly by untrained monkeys

even ones working as rm line managers

Well, I don't agree with you Arnold, but rightly or wrongly, this was always considered a free country so it's a pity you felt the need to delete your posts. What have we come to when someone feels the need to do this?

ianpostie sorry this has moved on fast and i have been very busy what i mean to say is that at the moment we are so busy infighting amongst ourselves strike breakers(stills) as we should call them,managers many of whom i have spoken to are as pi??ed off as we are but have the same union leadership problems as we do,and people like arnie who do a different kind of job for rm than we do and are classed as managers to give them the pay that would come with the same roll working for a private company,rm engineers etc the list goes on,if we spend all our energies scrapping amongst our selves,roll v roll then the real enemy are laughing their ti?s off all the way to the bank,rm full stop has problems at the moment not just us in del etc,it is the worms eye view that will kill us in the end,i guess what im saying is that we are arguing with the neighbour about the location off the fence whilst the invading horde is chopping up our family behind our backs,magor battles first infighting later if as ive said before there is a later

well we had our wtl yesterday telling, not asking , that later starts will be coming in on october the 8th. cheers big al many happy ppl at our office,including the strike breakers ha ha (in my eyes they have no say any more they get what comes to them.) so whats next to be enforcec on us !!!! :cfo :lfo
