royal mail obviously couldn't care less about a conscientious hard working postman or at the very least giving him a decision . Treating your workforce with contempt isn't really a very good way of doing business.

SNAFU as the Americans say seems to be Royal Mails way of working. However please tell Big Dave he has a lot of support on this board. A big Thank you to all the Burslem lads for staying strong and keeping us up to date.

Thanks TBT, i think Big Dave should have sexually harassed females or maybe fiddled the first line fix money he could have got away with that for years around here.

I think you are all WRONG. MANAGERS would never harass anyone. What would happen if they were found guilty. Sweet F.A. thats what happens. As we well know. I have two letters each admitting by Royal Mail that i was harassed by managers. What did Royal Mail do nothing! Good luck to big D

It could have been a lot worse for this manager, his wife could have kicked him out and he would have lost all his money. PS i am in England for two days next month see you all soon and you are not looking at my white bits johno 47.

KICK HIM OUT??

Post by L Tommo »

Surely if this screw, (alledged) was caught curb noncing and did go to court? Then HE must be putting ROYAL MAIL in to dispute.. Hence the North London Brothers that were sacked and one a Union rep (who in a court of law won his case ) still never got his job back due to BRINGING ROYAL MAIL IN TO DISPUTE... The case was over the violence in Stockholm In 2005 Arsenal v Galatasaray... Both were innocent but still found guilty by ROYAL MAIL... This screw if found guilty should be at least be brought over the same coles!!!!! SHOULD HE NOT??? EQUALITY IN THE WORKPLACE!!
