Do RM staff get more breaks than Angard?

See a few do rm staff get better treatment than us casuals, well at Ipswich we get treated pretty well, on night shifts, the break is like come back at this time but never is a problem if late, I'm on the distrubution outside loading and off loading, and it's laid back, can go for a fag pretty much as I please, grab a coffee as I please, and any one who's workplace has the given permission for the toilet is just wrong! That's pretty silly really and any workplace thst does this needs a slap, as you could guess I can go as I please, the lads out here go , your a big boy mate don't need me hold us hand to the toilet do ya? So my input is my experiences are treated faily

This is just something I noticed on shift last night. I could be wrong but it seemed like every 1.5 hours or so, the "real" RM staff go for a quick coffee or a toilet visit whilst Angard staff are just left to work for hours until we're given "permission" to go on a break. If this is the case that it's totally wrong. We're all working the same shift, and in this case also doing the same job, so there's no justification for one group having more breaks than another.

I start at 10pm- 06.00 - We get 20mins at 12.30, 45 mins lunch at 03,00 and 20 mins at 05.00- seems fair enough, same as RM, we allowed a quick 5 min fag break, but not just before a break.Long as you dont take the piss, and go every 5 mins they fine.

I don't understand all this stuff about breaks. I work on delivery and I have not had a break. I haven't noticed any of the permanent staff having a break either.
As Angard treat every shift as having a half hour unpaid break I just add half an hour on to my timesheet every day.
