casuals the end in sight?
anyone here been laid off yet?or been told when there contracts are finishing?whats the so called process for contracts ending with these brainboxes?

From past experiance of doing nights as a Christmas Casual, they tend to just spring it on you when ever they want that "tonight will be the last shift" rather then give everybody much advance warning. I think this is to stop people not coming in or drifing off into other jobs the moment they hear an end date and RM having to recruit a load of last minute starters for a week or less to cover for the large amount of casuals that would do a runner between notification of end date and actual end date .post watcher wrote:anyone here been laid off yet?or been told when there contracts are finishing?whats the so called process for contracts ending with these brainboxes?
