Is angard a made up company?

Facts

1.Director already work for royalmail, So could have easily set up a fake company and just put the name of people who worked for royalmail.
2.Normal there a spoke person who comes out if there a problem but there no one.
3.Reed could messy about knowing that because angard does't exist they won't get the blame?

Angard 2 was Incorporated in March 2009. It has filed Dormant Accounts until the latest Made-up date of 28th March 2010. Dormant Accounts indicate that the Company has not traded since it was first incorporated, it may be it was an off-the-shelf Company subsequently bought by Royal Mail Holdings Ltd and/or Reed Specialst Recruitment Ltd. The Original Director, Andrew Poole, resigned on the 17/05/2011(this further supports the notion this may be an off-the-shelf Company) and on the same date John Duncan, Kathleen Harmeston and Reed Specialist Recruitment Ltd were Appointed as Directors. According to the latest Made-up Accounts The Company name was changed from 'Angard 2 Limited' to 'Angard Staffing Solutions Limited' on the 12th May 2011. During September the Company became a trading entity providing cost effective temporary resources to Royal Mail. (quoted verbatim from the latest accounts dated 15th September 2011.

It's not an off the shelf company.
Both Andrew Poole and Neil Owen hold/held senior positions within Royal Mail.
Why it lay dormant for 6 years is anybody's guess but RM do have a few dormant companies.

So they can move dormant managers into them..............afterall, they have to be homed somewhere where they are safe and secure
