So called "problems with the payroll system"

Royal Mail seems to be citing "problems with its payroll system" in press releases:

I can assure you there is NO problem with the payroll system per se, as in a computer error.

It is PURELY the incompetence of Angard in not getting the correct location/shift/bank details entered onto the payroll system in the first place.

Please bear this in mind as RM are no doubt going to try to attempt to blame this fiasco in whole or in part on "computer error"!!!

If anyone from Anguard payroll department is reading this it seems you can do with some help sorting out the problem and I have a solution for you. I am offering my services very cheap at £1.
