Bac has to be sent tomorrow to arrive on friday. I don't see how angard staff can use faster payment or chap (expensive) with there incompetents they won't be to issue faster payment on 18,000 or how many who work for angard.

If you have not been paid yet as a casual, just mention the magic phrase""Er, Please Sir, can I have my £350 bar-code payment voucher in lieu of waiting for weeks for Angard to get its s**t together",

followed by "Only 3 days before the Xmas weekend, fcuk this for a game of soldiers",

and see how quickly the emergency payment materialises.

When you get it, tho', cash it in fast. I predict that by 1 April 2012 Angard will be history.

Before that, though, "I Predict A Riot"".

We had to give our bank details to the manager today who assured us we will get paid so will see

We (Tyneside) have been told that RM have took over the payroll for the time being and will be paying the wages on friday and beyond. In amongst a boat load of apologies and assurances that this is being dealt with at the top of the tree.

I can hardly wait. It'll either be a festive and happy last shift or one filled with excuses and buck passing. I know which i'd hoy my money on, if i had any.

I got my 350 cash on Monday and had my details taken down last night, I was also assured by my manager that we will get payed on Friday! I replied with the assurance that if I'm not then heads will roll!

Well it just gets more confusing ! I emailed them got. Reply sayin can we Have your hours for weekending the 9 th! I started on the 5th.

which is our week in hand! no answer on being paid this week I had to ask again and was told I will be paid this week so hold your breath guys I think there is going to be riots in our centre on friday people have had enough

Can all those who have not been paid sue for breach of contract?
If your contract says you will be paid 1 week in lieu, but then have to wait several weeks to be paid. Surely that is a breach of your contract???
