We take the 350, and make sure our colleagues who haven't been paid get that initial emergency payment too.

We then ask all Angard casuals who have lost out on bank charges, fees for going overdrawn through non-payment, and other individual damages due to late/non-payment of DDs etc. to either file individual ET1s or, better still, set up a forum where we collate details of individual losses and claims and look to launch a joint claim "class action" against Angard/RM/Reed et al.
