Get angry with them but you don't leave, things are only going to get worse and what little help they do give will be invaluable (just look to the Angard debacle if you think the union doesn't provide some sort of protection).

It's a simple question. What is the simple answer? I understand the pros and cons and I have decided that I would rather have the money in my pocket and take a chance by myself.

1. An infectious, usually fatal bacterial disease of cattle and sometimes of sheep, goats, and swine, caused by Clostridium chauvoe and characterized by gas-containing swellings in the musculature.Fred B wrote:Why would you rather be a blackleg?Viewfindergeneral wrote:It's a simple question. 2. A bacterial or fungal disease of certain plants, such as the cabbage and potato, that causes the stems to turn black at the soil line.
3. One who cheats at cards; a cardsharp.
4. Chiefly British A worker who is opposed to trade unions; a scab.
If he is a blackleg which one is he. Can't be 4 as he is not opposed, he joined in first place, and we have not been on strike in last 2 years.
I disagree with his decision, but I respect that fact that he has a right to make it, thats why is called a democracy.
