You'd think after working for the royal mail at Christmas you'd have a better grasp of the state of the postal system at this time of year.

Amazingly, I did receive a payslip and according to their reckoning I should have been paid only 2pence.

They deducted the £119.47 emergency payment that they did but they've also deducted £61.43, £58.04 and £82.74 which adds up to £202.02. I'm assured they're looking into it right now but I think I've actually resigned myself to the fact that I'm not going to be getting a penny from Angard. I'm literally at the end of my rope. I haven't felt this stressed and close to depression in years. Actually feel a bit hopeless right now :sad:

File an ET1 then, no cost but it will cost RM to defend it, the name to file it will be "Royal Mail Group" If it is supposed to be Angard then RM will passed the buck. Im 110% its RM's problem.

Name & Registered Office:
ANGARD STAFFING SOLUTIONS LIMITED
100 VICTORIA EMBANKMENT
LONDON
EC4Y 0HQ
Company No. 05770579

Same address as RM, so def the ET1 gets filed against RM in London

More on how to file an ET1 claim (Industrial Tribunal):

For advice on how to make a claim to an industrial tribunal for "Failure of employer to pay or unauthorised deductions have been made" (Originating Legislation is ERA 1996 Sec 23), see online at:

http://www.justice.gov.uk/guidance/cour ... iction.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

On this site you can also access Claim (ET1) Form and Guidance.

Please be aware there is a 3-month time limit for making a claim of this kind.

But I'm sure you won't want to wait that long!

Good luck and I hope every person who has been hit by Angard's failure to pay on time or to pay correct wages gets a positive result.
