Angard aren't authorised to tell us anything

This mornig I had to ask my regional coordinator what the grievance procedures for us (say, if we were being bullied by someone nicking our lunch money or, just to develop the metaphor, by an employer nicking our pay) and who the MD of Angard is along with their contact details. I was told that she didn't know so I followed it up in email to really try and get it out of her. I've received a response and she actually says that she's not authorised to tell us this information (if indeed she actually knows it).

"I can only provide you with details that I have been given authority to
pass on to candidates and as such, while you may feel that is evasive, that
is all I am allowed to provide you with. I have however escalated your
complaint to a senior manager and he will contact you with regards to the
issues you wish to enquire about."

I know we hear Moya Greene knocked about as a head honcho but does anyone actually know the REAL head of Angard and their contact details, please?

Try some FOI requests, Im guessing RM will attempt to try and cover this up.

I won't put the whole email on there but I've already done that but all the FOI will allow me to see is what personal data they hold on me and unfortunately with only a penny in the bank from these charlatans, I can't afford to do one. Yet.

Go onto the online site "what do they know" Its not about personal data, thats an SAR request

Yes he's running the show along with Kath Harmeston - Director of Procurement.
They are the two named directors of Angard but since he outranks her in RM you would assume he does in Angard as well.
