Suggest you continue calling the usual number that are posted in some of the Stickie threads. Also if you go to the Angard website you should be able to find an e-mail contact to send to.

Yet another example of the ridiculously bad management from Angard. We should have been given these numbers when we started. Telephone number for Edinburgh Mail Centre staff is 0131 4588645...sometimes noone will answer but leave a message with details as directed on there and they'll get your record noted...Fiona Whalley (our regional coordinator) should have given you this information. Considering this morning she wasn't even able to tell me who the Managing Director of Angard is I suppose we shouldn't be surprised...

Unfortunately, our contract with Angard does state we have to let them know if we cannot do a shift for any reason. Consequences exist if we fail to do this - does not help that we have so much difficulty contacting them.
