The management alternative to one person working at 100% efficiency and another working at 20% efficiency is not two people working at 60% efficiency...it's one person working at 120% efficiency.
I'm not saying that everyone should be a loafer but there is a finite amount of work and purely from the position of a casual the longer it takes the better.
I just wish to be paid..... Which I hope there will be a voucher waiting for me today....
In the real world If I wander around all day and do very little work then I would get sacked (eventually), doing this I do nothing else than work to the best of my ability. I don't like working with loafers and I'm glad I have found a few other's that I can get along with. We work wherever we are told to and clear the packets down as quickly & accurately as possible.
