We had a newly appointed acting manager doing our WTL this morning.

Started off rambling on about uniform standards particularly shoes, he got a hostile reception for that but what happened next was great.

He stared mumbling his way through a RM statement about the talks breaking down and we all got up and walked out leaving him there on his own.

To see a postie standing there in his uniform doing managements bullshit for them was laughable.

It's when the management tell us what a bunch of bad boys and girls we are and how fantastic mr Lieghton and mr crozier are they then usually fill you in on some details like why it's a good idea to take a pay cut and do more work they usually call this "the way forward" as for learning I can't remember the last time I actually learnt anything at these so called meatings they used to be called somthing else a few years ago but the name has slipped my memory (can't have been that good back then either)
