I never received mine, still havent, but I've only been there 5 weeks..... I was using my 'Last years pass' for two weeks until I asked when my "Sooper Dooper Offical Angard Pass" was due to arrive..... Only then was I issued with a temporary, temps pass 
So I'm a Visitor too ...... I did hand in a further passport photo, for someone to knock me up a new one...... But that was ........ two weeks ago ....... Too soon to enquire what happened to that I guess

If you send me: a photo; let me know your name and date of birth, I could create one for you. Yes, got a scanner, cheap thin card, printer, laminator, a pen and craft knife.
