hello i'm Paul a postman from Dewsbury (calderway delivery office ) I have 26yrs sevice in and have to say that I have never known morale to be as low as it is now , people with long service such as myself will know what a great job it used to be but the last ten yrs of gross mismanagement have left me feeling undervalued overworked and underpaid, does our loyalty to the company no longer count for anything ? I fear the worst over the coming year and can see what was once a great British institution ground into the dirt by you know who and vanish under the banner of some foriegn company like TNT .could rant on all day about the state of the post office but you all know how the story goes.
see you around Paul

I was at Batley on Sunday. I always enjoy it there. They're nice people. When the stand burned down ay Crown Flatt, they sold commemorative tankards to raise funds for a new one. I've still got one. Quite a historic ground that. I think the first ever rugby international was held there.beardy bloke wrote:used to play up at the old crown flat stadium in my youth until it mysteriously got burnt down to make way for a housing estate (did I just say that last bit) all that history up in smokethe new ground is on top of the old pit head at shaw cross still go and watch now and then especially the local derby against the Bulldogs allways a good day out and a good laugh afterwards
