With most of our loops i can see my partner most of the time.
We just carry a couple of flags each.
This is me telling her to slow down a bit. :angel

No you dont, thats the problem.
Driver drop me off at the start of my loop and then the driver does his that starts 800 metres away and I have to ring him when I am finished.
He then has to deadwalk back to his van drive to me with my next bag then drive back to his unfinished loop walk to where he was and complete his loop.
All this bullshit from RM for P/L about the loops starting together at the van and finishing together at the van is b*llocks

That's because your P&L duty hasn't been set up properly, it should be designed that you park the van in one place then you both move out in opposite directions to do your loops and you should finish back at the van at around the same time.

Not in my office.
Who designed your loops?...and how much did they have to drink?

Is it any wonder that P&L is so bad around the country if this is the standard of planning

Problem is that on my P/L walk there are fields on one side and all the houses on the other which doesnt help.
Had no imput at all at planning stage, they used 1 postman in our office who helped the planner with some of it but when our walks weren't working the planners were never seen again and after repeated attempts by our DOM for them to come back he gave up.
Repeatedly asked for a walk test but they dont do them any more I was told and they just treat you as though your wingeing.
