Some action needs to be taken against RM. Perhaps we should picket post offices too?

Careful there are different types of Post Offices and some are owned and operated by local business owners who get paid per transaction. Although they have the Post Office sign, they are usually Sub Post Offices and will have nothing at all to do with the fiasco that is Angered/Royal Fail.

I know of a few 'casuals' who will be terminating their employment this week because of the pay issue. That's their choice. I myself will be continuing working until they no longer need me because I need the money. However, I think that we should actually stop work for an hour or two in the middle of our shift on Monday or Tuesday. We should remain within the premises, no good standing out in the cold, and ask RM to get Angard to pay any outstanding money within that hour or else risk all of us withdrawing our labour completely within 24 hours.

There will be no picket line because even if it does happen it's not an official strike.
It would be more of a protest but i would imagine plod would be along swiftly to move anyone on.
I would doubt it would happen on any large scale because,no disrespect to the guys.....for something like this to make any kind of noise it has to be large scale and organised or guaranteed to get the media interested like a sit in.
Striking is fine when you have some kind of leverage but i'm afraid it's just too easy to replace a small number of casuals who decide to stand up for themselves.

Although FT I would like to agree with you, I sincerely hope that you are wrong.
It really depends on the police officer who has to deal with it, some don't want the hassle of creating a much worse situation but others (and I think we've all met those..........Dimbleby the right wing cop).
I would really hope for the best but I do fear the worse

whilst I agree that Casuals are easily replaced, I would think the last thing they want to do is get new people on the job next Monday, they just wont be very productive.

I have already been asked if I know anyone with a passport who could come in at two hours notice to work a shift, do you really think RM want to do that on Monday?

As the situation hasn't yet been resolved, I'm very tempted to cease my employment. If I don't receive a substantial amount of money owed today then tonight will be my last shift. I hope many others do the same; it's exactly what Royal Mail and Angard deserve.
