I managed to get a good gander at the list the management compiled during my Friday 22:00 - Sat 06:00 shift regarding who hasn't been paid and the amounts received by those who had. Figured it'd be worth sharing here, it's not all that accurate though as I'm going by memory and I'm still knackered a day onwards.

Around 10 people on the list were paid £150 for their full week. One I spoke to had sent them a P45, two others I talked to had not.

A similar number of us on the last had been paid £117, none I talked to with the same amount had sent a P45.

I think 3~5 people listed received different lower amounts, ranging from £40 to £88. I personally didn't come across any one with that amount, I'm constantly on packets mind.

The rest, about 10-12, had not been paid at all. Manager called us twice during the shift to inform us of any progress, the latter of the two telling those to go to the Home Counties depot up the road the next day to collect their money. None were informed about what time to collect it.

Ah it does? Well that means I've been underpaid, I worked the full 4 days of that pay week starting the 5th. I'd love to have a pay slip so I can get a reference on this, but I somehow doubt that'll turn up

Well after 2 weeks of getting paid the Christmas rate of 6.35 but not necessarily the correct hours I have now been paid the none Chrsitmas rate 6.08 and still not necessarily the correct hours. Guess them correcting things or trying to get it all correct has now screwed up those that were almost correct. :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

Bit worried about this McTrevor. It's not your problem, but you should not be seeing these sort of details about people's pay. This information is protected by the Data Protection Act and your management are in breach of this act by allowing you to see this. This confirms my suspicions that it is not only Angard who need a good kick up the proverbial, but Royal Mail also acting illegally.

Think you will find this is a list that everyone at certain centres were asked to fill in for anguard, so they knew who had/hadnt been paid, Its hard to cover up the previous information on a list thats being passed around. I didnt fill it in because my pay had been fine until this week and didnt check my bank until I found out there were problems.

Polish bloke at ours, unpaid since start & an excellent sorter, got his 350 voucher & bade the UK a discretely understated farewell. And I can't say I blame him.
