my daughter started working for angard some weeks ago and recently was told that monies was pending going into her bank account,she was told to contact her bank to find how much was pending,when ringing the bank she was informed 1 penny and that was working a 40 hour week.the manager in charge mick fahealy took 100 pounds out of his own account and passed onto my daughter appologising.true management.the thing with angard is that the directos from royal mail that controll this are out of there dept. :evil/mad

I've seen lots of posts about managers going as far as to give employees their own money. It just goes to show that there are some gems in Royal Mail, and some RM staff are actually on our side.

this restores my faith in human kindness! ... From reading posts on this .. I'm totally depressed at the way many people have been treated . But .. as proven .. there are some nice RM staff and also some Decent Angard staff that are trying to help us out. maybe we should be directing our anger at the organ grinders and not the monkeys!! .. our angard staff seem to be decent enough, really trying to help, but it is infuriating that they cant give us the answers that we need!!!
