patch 3 just found out added to the IWT

been to a big meeting as they are unhappy on the disagreements i keep on putting in and my refusal to sign off phase two on the welfare issue

they have stated that this patch 2 AND 3 in the iwt are just graphs,

i was under the impression its an items per hour program

any div reps able to confirm as i am getting so much BS from the planners

National Joint Statement agreed and circulated. However it has come to our attention that Royal Mail has introduced an updated IWT called V7 patch 2 or V7patch 3 neither of these are agreed with the CWU and should not be accepted. They include an Items Per Hour screen.

the bar stewards lied to my face

they stated that patch 3 was no longer being used on more than one occasion and by all the planning team (STAGE 1 DISAGREEMENT)

i have been given a copy of the IWT dated a few days ago through my unknown source

it states version 7.0 PATCH 3

breach of trust and my respect has now gone out the window

What does patch 3 do?

Apparently all the difference is that it has display graphs.
Unless somebody else knows more?
The outputs are the same so planner says, but can you trust them?

I would not trust one as far as i could throw one,over paid idiots that do not have a scooby about the job.
