Normal days the pay rate is £6.58 for nights.

where you working mate its £6.08 for a night shift the extra 50p is a bonus because its nights who ever is working nights wont get it untill the end of the contract this is what i have been told on phone mate last week.and sunday night shift is only 3 hours i start at 9 because at 12:01am its then monday hours it would only work if you worked saturday night sunday morning fella

I'd say that it's also illegal, if they've advertised for staff at the rate of £6.58 and then are trying to bullshit you by saying the 50p is a bonus, then they are breaking the law. It's fraud, plain and simple.

What we all need is some No Win, No Fee employment law lawyer to sue Angard and its directors collectively on our behalf.
