HOW TO GET PAID!!!!!!!!!

I had the same problem as you guys but heres what i did.

I phoned 08454607487, explaining that i have not been paid, at first i was told they was looking into it and i would get a call, never got the call but after leaving details like name phone number and place i work i was paid £95 2 hours later,

I was straight back on the phone and spoke to a lovely lady which i explained this is not another to clear my rent never mind other things.

she went through with me all the hours i have worked and worked out what I'm owed, she then told me she would look into this and if its not ready to be transfered she will process it to the payment team.

due to errors (past god knows many many weeks) today they are staying open 48hrs for payments and i should bet the rest TODAY, and will get a phone call

although i am saying this is how to get your money i still waiting for the rest of my money but its only been a hour but it seemed to work better then before, no nonsense about manager in meeting just simply what you owe is what they pay, plus she did not even take into account any tax (which i will prob get taxed like s**t next week)

hope this helps and i will let you know when i get rest. she promised today and like i said she seemed to know more this time rather then fobbing me off.

just got off phone with them after them losing my details and said will not be getting paid today and they are not open 48 hours as they going home so i should be getting paid either tomorrow or monday

No money can be paid in over the weekend or Bank Hols.

well i got paid the first time i rang, and there is a waiting list now and any1 can pay any1 anytime, just think when u transfer money to some1, when i do its there in seconds but from shamgard it will take longer

o and this money voucher is real too as thats what a friend has to do, pick it up today

I started on the 21st on november, i've been told all that Stumpy is saying as was the dozen or so other people that started with me, we still haven't been paid. Got told RM is taking over payments now last week, seems to be a line to encourage you to work just long enough for the christmas rush to be cleared, and everyone out the centre, then you're totally on your own against a company that can go into administration anytime it wants. Then you're bargaining power is gone, the mail is already out.

So while i am pissing on the fire, and being pessimistic, i've heard all these lines before, and i still never got paid today, makes me ill, might have to go on the sick as leaving angard without notice entitles them to reduce your final pay as per the contract.

sorry as i am young but not daft as i still not going back if i get paid or not but how can they pay less on ur final pay, they must pay what i work

That was exactly what happened to me first thing this morning. Phone again (you'll get through eventually and immediately ask for Zak (he's the manager) or Madeleine (she was actually useful...could be after Zack's job - who knows?!)...Good luck

most of us on my shift didn't get paid this morning, so we said that when we stopped for morning break we'd stay in the canteen until It was sorted. The manager got straight on to Angard and by the time we came back from break we'd been paid into our accounts. Have just checked though and it looks as if they've emergency taxed mine. B*****rds
