People in my MC have told me they will no longer get £6.58 for nights instead £6.08, they told me they have been told they will get the extra 50p's at the end of contract why I do not know! I am sick to death of this stupid dam Angard! Apparantly the 50 p's are a bonus lol what a load of bullsh*t it clearly stated nights £6.58.

On the Royal Mail website it clearly states nights for Christmas Casuals at my mail centre is £8.11. If you go to the website and log in and look at your application you should get to the pay rates you should be getting for you mail centre at Christmas.

Years back when I did nights as a Christmas Casual for Royal Mail, working out your pay was a complete nightmare especialy if you did additional hours as from what I can remember once you had clocked up over a certain amount of hours per week on the nights rate then all hours after that were paid at the lowest standard rate and you no longer got nights allowance for that week? It was so impossible to understand you would need your own personel team of accountants just to figure it out. I would also urge everybody to keep their own record of hours worked and fill it in at the end of the shift, because there is a distinct chance that some of your hours particulaly additional hours will go walkies.mahrm1 wrote:People in my MC have told me they will no longer get £6.58 for nights instead £6.08, they told me they have been told they will get the extra 50p's at the end of contract why I do not know!
