Right.. Im saying if people come in on there NORMAL time... IE the time we come in now before the change..... Then RM will love it.... But the issue is at the end of the duty... After the finishing time when if doing a full day, RM will still want another hour as the later finishing times.. I understand the front of Keeping the working practise but this is for the CWU HQ to come with something enmass... Guildance... So my point is at the end when cutting off as RM will see it an hour early they will doo people for abandonment of duty or willfull delay... Papers ensue.
So IF everybody done this... Then how would RM paper everyone in your office???? Force there hand... Thats all im saying... FECK EM!!!
If HQ dont come up with a solution to this farce then direct action is needed... If anyone who doesnt agree with me im all ears how to combat RM and the later starts.... As for personal shite.... IF CARNOUSTIE was face to face i would like him to say it then... Not hide behind a fecking screen... CYBER TWAT... Ive never been personal witha postie as its not my way... SLAGGING RM AND SCREWS Is my point... Not in fighting!!
Oh apart from Margie as he was a loon....

L Tommo, my post about early / late starts that you were offended by was meant to be a tongue-in-cheek play on words. I apologise if you thought it was a personal attack. If you read my previous posts, I have been - and still am - 100% behind the strike and 100% opposed to ANY form of Executive Action by RM !!!!!!!! For example, in the same thread as my jokey post, I said
Surely if they haven't given you formal written notice of a fundemental change to your employment contract, i.e change of duty times, you carry on attending at your contracted times ?? How can you be said to be abandoning your duty if you go home at your contracted time ?????
So you can see, I agree with you on the issue of not coming in at the 'new' start times. We have every legal right to carry on attending at our current times ! Until we have had formal notice, individually, in writing of an alteration to our contracted hours, they CANNOT sack you for going home at your current start time, so long as you came in at your current start time. Unfair dismissal tribunals would rip RM to pieces, attempting to sack someone for working as stipulated in their contract. It's a typical management bullsh!t tactic to scare people into believing they MUST start later or face the sack. Utter bollox, RM. They know this, they just hope the lemmings are to scared to stand up for themselves. Well, as usual, THEY ARE WRONG
