Not been paid for 16th december?

I started on 5th december and i should atleast see the money in my available balance. My dad works for royalmail and he gets paid on 8th but he can see the payment on 7th as royalmail use bac to pay help.

My other job uses bacs too but i don't see it till the day it's in, maybe it's just how royal mail works or maybe your dad's bank allows him to see it before it's cleared, i know some do.
