CHAPS transfer

CHAPS TRANSFER - It gives a guaranteed payment of money, between one account to another, the same day. But it costs! My bank charges £23 to send them! So Angard are spending, err I meant wasting £ on sending these, but are still not paying us fully. My £29.61 is not 60% of what I am owed. I know I had a bump on the head recently, well I must have, because I gave my bank details to a stranger (from Angard) over the phone, several weeks ago. I am now even more worried! :nervous

Why would they use CHAPS? If anything they would use the Faster Payments Service :hmmmm

well change the P to an O and you may have your answer. :whistle :whistle :whistle

Just done some reasearch apparently CHAPS offer FPS as part of their services so they may done as you suggested, would be a bit cheaper as well.
