Stand Together Side by Side, in every rural and in every town
Fight until the bitter end till we bring :cfo and :lfo down

Give us posties what we deserve and forget your bonus fees
Bring back the Action, commence with the strikes
Leave your cars at home use the vans and bikes
Weigh your bags, work to rule
Dont be a scab, dont be a fool
We want Royal Mail to be here to stay
It wont be if :lfo and :cfo get there way

DONT LET THE BASTAR*S GRIND YOU DOWN

As you line your pockets with Silver and Gold
Think of us, in the wind, rain and cold
Its us that makes the company run
Whilst you just sit back and have the fun
We dont want to be run my you big fat cats
So please leave now you pair of TW*T*
We Post the letters and Sort the Mail
Its you that will rename us Royal Fail
These changes that your trying to make, is just so you can take, take, take
Try carrying are bags from door to door
You wont last 2 minutes before your crawling on the floor
Less working hours ? not a pay rise in sight
Just book yourselves a 1 way flight
So do us a favour and resign from your post
Then all us workers can raise a toast !!!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Lyrics for: Through The Postal Barricades

Leighton doesn't know where love has gone
He says it must be you strike breakers
That keeps us feeling strong
See it in his face, that's turned to ice
And when he smiles he shows
The picket lines of sacrifice
And now I know what they're saying
When the sun begins to fade
And we made our stand on the picket line
And through the postal barricades

Father made my history
He fought for what he thought
Would set us somehow free
He taught me what to say in WTL
I learned off by heart
But now that's torn in two
And now I know what they're saying
In the music of the parade
We made our stand on the picket line
And through the postal barricades

Born on different sides of life
We feel the same
And feel all of this strife
So come to me when I'm asleep
We'll never cross the line
And dance upon the meek
And now I know what they're saying
When the drums begin to fade
We made our stand on the picket line
And through the postal barricades

Oh, turn around and I'll be there
There's a scar through my heart
But I'll bear it again
I thought we were the human race
But we were just another border-line-case
And the stars reach down and tell us
That there's always one escape
I don't know where love has gone
And in this trouble land
Desperation keep us strong
Posties child is full of soul
With nothing left to lose
There's everything to go
And now I know what they're are saying
It's a terrible beauty we've made
So we make our stand on the picket line
And through the Postal barricades

Now I know what they're are saying
As Managers go to their graves
We made our stand on the picket lines
And through the postal barricades.
