Got paid £88.83... Don't really know why, but I'm glad I'm getting some money.

I wanna get a payslip so I can see what it's for! :(

How many hours did you do the week before last?

I worked 4 nights, so I'm abit confused as to why I only got £88...

Getting £6.58 an hour for night work, x 30 (since they take out 30 mins a night for breaks) should be = £197.40

Unless I only got paid for 2 days... Which means my tax isn't too mad! I dunno, lol

after not being paid after a certain amount of time, we are legable to sue right ? for breach of the contract

I know very little about the law but believe that Angard have strayed well into illegality here. Their lack of competence dealing with interviews, personal information (ID photos, bank details), the deliberate withholding of employees' money, their inability to deal with personnel issues - in fact their complete lack of ability to perform as a responsible employment agency means that they are, in effect, falsely trading as an employment agency. This is way beyond incompetent, this is fraud.

I recieved a payslip in the post yesterday which was dated 9/12/11, yet still the money hasn't gone into my account. Where is the sense in that?

I've been paid today, £54.72. Don't know where they got that from. Been working since 29th Nov. Seems like a couple of shifts pay + tax.

The number I have for Angard is 0845 4607318. As of today it cuts off after approx 3 rings. Signing on again manana. I emailed the Times newspaper but they have not replied. Ho hum

Agreed but what recourse to the law do we have?

Angard owe me approx £400 but they may pay me £20, what do I do then? I cannot contact them and once the depot dispands after xmas what recourse do I have? My answer is 'none'. I could contact my MP but don't imagine he/she can do anything.

I am contracted at £7.58 per hour for nights and more for Sat/Sun but they don't pay us so it is irrelavent

I started work at ELMC on Tuesday the 5th, will I be due payment this Friday?
If this doesn't happen, there will be utter madness there.
We have worked hard.
So to not get paid would possibly see us walk out.

We were told that Angard would be paying people roughly 60%, after N.I., of their actual wages until they sort everyones tax codes this week.
Once tax codes are sorted whats owed will be paid on next pay day. I'll believe it when I see it though

I still have not received a pay slip or pay I started in the 28th nov so this Friday they will owe me 2weeks pay plus the week I have worked in arrears. I have phone up numourous amount of times to be told I will be paid in 48 hours still no pay!! I have also been contacted about 6 times to confirm my bankdetails I am really confused on how I am not getting paid they have all the information needed!! I better get paid Friday
