Second surreal day in a row, very light for any Monday and Tuesday, yet alone leading upto Xmas... If my walk was typicallly like this pre-revision, I would not be constantly moaning to the planners about my walk being far from achievable in a 3hr30min delivery span! :arrrghhh :chuckle

Over-egged I think is the technical term to describe today.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Very light day on letters and cards, as light as any other Tuesday. Packets were more than a normal tuesday but certainly not as heavy as I'd expected. Finished early as did most others.

Wednesday is going to be horrendous I reckon and the weather just as bad

Got put on a walk I have never done before, flammin nightmare, got lost about five times. Wasted loads of time trying to find streets, didn't finish until 4.00pm. As for the mail and packets, well the mail was not so bad, though as expected higher than normal for a tuesday, packets, had two sacks, with I think 60 % recorded !, anyway I could do with the extra readies, so I hope they put me on a new walk again tomorrow, show me the DOCKET !!!!

Rammed full again, letters and packets plus it didn't help getting soaked in that awful wet snow that lasted for a couple of hours that made for some very uncomfortable walking and driving.

Piece of piss again? Where's all the junk mail? If it wasn't for cards I'd have had almost nothing. Must have had 6 flats...

First day on the streets. Enjoyed it, just trying to take it all in and remember at least some of the things I was being shown! Sun shone as well, which was a bonus. :Applause

All I can say about today is ...........crap! So many specials & tracked, took me 90 mins longer to complete today. Did'nt help when I could'nt get into the back of the van as the key fob decided to f**k up and no access to the rear of the van by key.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
