My name is Chas and I''m an Angard Drone at a Sorting Office in Yorkshire, currently entering my third week of slavery - ahem - employment for Christmas.
The whole "experience" of working for Royal Mail/Angard has been ... well... unique. I'm 50, and have been working since I was 16 in various jobs and careers (Angard work is no way a career!) and although I've worked for some outmoded, hidebound and ridiculous employers in that time, this lot make all of them look efficient! The fact that Angard haven't paid me last Friday - along with thousands of other poor saps enslaved/employed by them - just serves to emphasise what a ridiculous set-up they are.
However, this excellent Forum makes me realise that I am not alone. There's always been solidarity in suffering!
